My favorite pepper - period. I have been eating habaneros for over 20 years. This sauce does the pepper justice. I first experienced habaneros in a New Orleans hot sauce shop. I asked the lady what their hottest sauce was, and she showed me the "Peppa Po" sauce in a jar. It was just ground habaneros, Vinegar, and salt.

I liked it so much that I made my own when I got home. The habanero was the hottest pepper you could get at the time. My twin brother grew them and gave me a clean 30 gallon trash bin full.

I made them all into the sauce and it was the best.

I ate so much of it that it started to affect the organs. I went to my doctor friend and it turned out to be the peppers. I gave him a jar with a warning - which he disregarded - he was in bed for three days. I still love this pepper - but learned to use moderation.
